Description |
Saturn's low elevation
above the horizon caused the individual webcam images to warp and "pump".
Nevertheless, the combined power of Registax and PixInsight beta software succeeded in producing an image that
approaches the view at the eyepiece. Imaged shortly after opposition,
Saturn was shining at mag -0.87 with an angular size of almost 47
arcseconds. |
