(2) The 2001-2003 spectra
are taken with the HIRES spectrograph on a 0.21 meter telescope (R=7000 - 0.38
A/pixel)
(3) The 2004 spectrum is taken with the LHIRES2 spectrograph
on a 0.28 meter telescope (R=17000 - 0.12 A/pixel)
(4) The H2O telluric lines
are removed by model
