Variable Star TY Sagittae



 
 
 
 

 
The photometry of TY Sge has been unclear until now.. Edward G. Schmid (1996)found it irregularly varying between 11.9 and 12.2 with a period of 150 days with numerous aliases near one day. these fators together with its very red color lead us to conclude that it is a semi-regular variable

  Precise astrometry of TY Sge done with CCD images taken by  D. Rodriguez (2003 September. 16.913 (UT), with respect to the USNO A2  reference frame (~80 stars, mean residual ~ 0".3)

  R.A.  = 20:03:37.48 
  Decl. = +17:01:28.3  (J2000.0). 
Photometry Unfiltered : CCD observations calibrated  on V-magnitude sequence.
