Discovered by Koichi Nishiyama, Kurume, Japan; and Fujio Kabashima, Miyaki, Japan, at mag 10.9 in Cyg on two 40-s unfiltered CCD frames (limiting mag 13.4) taken around Mar. 26.849 UT using  a 105-mm-f.l. f/4 camera lens (+ SBIG STL6303E camera). CBET 3841

Coordinates: R.A. = 17h15m46s.83, Decl. = -31d28'30".3 (equinox 2000.0)

Setup: Celestron 11 telescope (0.280-m diameter) + Alpy 600 spectrograph (R = 650 - 19 microns slit) + Atik460EX CCD camera (bin. 2x2) - Data reduction : ISIS
