Audine KAF0402-ME with LPT1 interface = noise measurements in the offset frames
I take 70 offsets (with closed shutter, 0 sec exposure) with AudeLA v1.5.
To make sure that all offsets are measured in constant conditions, the CCD camera is stabilized at -5.8 °C
(1 hour stabilisation time).
Average frame of the 70 offsets
The average frame is calculated with the sigma clipping method with Matlab (sigma = 3, iterations = 2).
Map of noise standard deviations (sigma map)
For each pixel, I calculate the standard deviation (sigma) which gives a measurement of the noise.
Then I represent the map of the sigma values.
A periodic perturbation, probably linked to the use of the LPT1 interface, is visible.
