Offset and read-out noise variations with temperature (LPT1 link)
Offset and read-out noise (noise from the offset) have been recorded in various temperature
conditions. It is observed that both are increasing at lower temperatures.
Read-out noise was measured at positive temperatures with and without the cooling system (Peltier cooler
+ fan with several ampere currents and then possibility of induced noises...) but no change could be observed.
The noise seems to come only from the CCD circuits.
