Our small webcams don't have anymore to prove,
they give more that one was able in to hope. Unfortunately
the Vesta Pro and the Toucam tend to decorate the stars of rings commonly
named the eyes of hake or Van Gogh's ear. These artifacts are especially
ungainly and difficult to make disappear at the time of a classic treatment.
This small program intends to restore somewhat the picture and to attenuate
the effects of these famous black eyes while identifying the responsible
pixels and while replacing them by artifacts of better complexion as preserving
to best other parts of the image.Il doesn't possess any other functions
that to make somestellar cosmetics and doesn't have any other
ambition. Therefore it is useless to download it if you only shoot
the Moon or want to do some science with your images !
