47 Tucanae NGC104

Field centered on R.A. 00h 25' & Dec. -72° 05'

 

Smaller than Omega Centauri but still one of the largest globular cluster of the sky with its 50'. The blue halo on the bottom left corner is due to the nearby Small Magellanic Cloud that with 47 Tucanae forms a very beautiful couple of the southern sky.
