During years from 1995 to 1999 I was fond of deep-sky photography, then the awful weather of Friuli made me think to try some less time consuming activity. Moonless weekends are only a dozen per year and the percentual of good weather leaving home with clear sky arrives only at 50%, so if one does long exposure photography during the five-six good nights, he doesn't observe anything. Nonetheless, one hopes that shots went good!
Lately, with digital revolution, I have reprocessed some old photos getting them much better, like the M42 one.
