Venus surface from bellow the clouds. The atmosphere is thought to be relatively clear bellow 30 km, yet a choose a fog like feel to simulate the great preasure and temperature (somewhat like in the images of underwather geothermal sources on Earth's oceans).

 

Maxwell Mons rises 8km above the surounding Ishtar Terra plains on the Venusian morning light. The shadows seem a little too defined for Venus, but help to give perspective to the images.

Laminsky planun, a plain on top of Maxwell Mons. The mountains visible in the distance are actualy the top of the slopes of Maxell Mons visible on the previous images!

 

Beta Regio: very caotic landscape with no defined landforms. Very random and alien!
