NGC 752 is a bright but scattered open cluster in Andromeda. It was probably discovered by Hodierna before 1654, together with M33. Afterwards, it was not found again until William Herschel observed and cataloged as H VII.32.
NGC 752 consists of over 60 stars of magnitudes 8.96 and
fainter. The hottest stars are of spectral type A2, indicating a
rather high age of 1.1 billion years (Sky Catalog 2000).
