The M82 galaxy

Cette galaxie est la seconde d'un groupe de deux galaxies (avec M81) en interaction. Sa forme complexe est du aux effets gravitationnels de M81 qui est beaucoup plus massive qu'elle.  Cett galaxie assez brillante est situé dans la Grande Ourse. Visible dans de petits instruments, elle n'est pas très facile à trouver car il y a peu d'étoiles brillantes à proximité.

This galaxy is the second star of an interacting pair (M81 is the other one). Its complex shape is due to gravitational effects generated by M81, which is much heavier. This pretty bright galaxy is located in the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major). Even if it can easily be seen with a small telescope, M82 isn't very easy to find because there is no bright star around it.
