 Who I am

I love mountaineering all year long.

Sliding down the high peaks of the Pyrenees is like being in a different world. You find yourself alone with your rucksack, your skis, your friends... and the mountains. It is a journey full of sensations and new experiences. In the slopes leading to the Fontllera Peak it was windy and cold, but the snow nevertheless was dry and we enjoyed a good descent.

The Gra de Fajol is not a very high mountain, but nonetheless this is a very windy region, and this makes its ascent uncomfortable. Once the Coll de l'Orri is reached, one can see the upper slopes that will take you to the summit. Now this is a very special moment, as the views widen in all directions and one can see the objective much closer.

Climbing mountains in summer is also an incredible experience. Instead of pursuing the most widely-known peaks, it is much better to try the less visited mountains. The Aragüells Peak is a pyramid of rocks barely surpassing 3.000 m opposite Cregüeñas' Lake. Behind us, the Aneto is only a couple of metres higher, but most certainly is crowded !
